Matthew Homes Ltd is a very successful building company, based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire and building homes throughout the South-Eastern area of England.

The expanding village of Yaxley is situated in attractive countryside to the south of Peterborough.
Immediate access to the A1(M) (Junction 16) is to be found at Norman's Cross and excellent train services are available in the Cathedral City of Peterborough to London (Kings Cross).
Local shopping facilities are available in the village and the nearby Hampton Hargate Centre with further extensive outlets in Peterborough City Centre. Schools for all ages can be found in the locality together with many leisure activities being catered for in the surrounding areas.
Yaxley can be traced back to the Domesday Book and in Saxon times was an inland port with waterways to Wisbech and King's Lynn. St. Peter's Church with its most distinguished tower topped by an elegant decorated spire and flying buttresses forms a well-known landmark.
